Our Policies

Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment.  Unfortunately, late arrivals may be asked to reschedule.  A credit card is required for all spa service reservations

In order to maintain an environment conducive to relaxation and in consideration of our guests, we request that children not accompany you on your appointment day.

We are a cell-free environment.  Please turn off all ringers and mute pagers, if needed our front desk will assist you.

We request the courtesy of a 24 hour cancellation for all spa services.  Late cancellations or no shows will be charged a percentage of the service fee.
